Selecting permissions for the Users in your Haloo platform account.
When adding Users to your Haloo account, you'll select a role for each User that will set their permissions in the platform. Choose from the following Users:
- Admin: Full permissions. The team members who set up and oversee your Haloo Enterprise Account should be assigned “Admin” permissions.
- Approver: Permission to Approve Trademarks, add Users, create Teams, create Projects, add Trademarks, and set up business entities.
- Approver (Legal): Same permission as “Approvers”, plus additional permissions to perform tasks that require legal expertise, including:
-
- Creating custom descriptions for goods/services
-
- Overriding search results and risk assessment
External legal teams can also be classified as “Approver (Legal)”.
- User (Internal): Permission to add Users, create Teams, create Projects and add Trademarks. “User (Internal)” can be used for team members who will be working in the Platform without the authority to approve Trademarks.
- User (External): Permission to add Teams, create Projects and add Trademarks. “User (External)” can be used for third-party collaboration, ie legal counsel or marketing agencies external to your company.
