Adding or Disabling Users

How to add or remove users and set up user permissions

Inviting Users

Each Haloo subscription account is set up under the email of the primary account holder. To invite additional users, follow these steps:

  1. On the bottom left hand side click "Users" within the platform
  2. Click the "Invite Users" button in the top right
  3. Enter the user name, email, and role, and select the appropriate permission for the user
  4. Click "Invite User"

Users will receive an invitation by email from "Haloo Team" (haloo@haloo.co) and will be prompted to set up a secure password for access to the Haloo Trademark Platform. Invites may be filtered to secondary or junk folders. 

If a User did not receive an invite, you can resend an invite following these steps: 

  1. Navigate to "Pending Invites"
  2. Click "Resend Invite" under the "..." menu to the right of the relevant User


User Permissions

When inviting users, select the appropriate user permission. Haloo has 5 preset permission profiles, including for Admins (full permission), Approvers (Legal or non-Legal) and Users (Internal or External). You can also add new roles or edit roles within the platform. 

Disabling Users

To disable a User, click "Disable" in the ellipses menu beside the Users name.
