      Advanced AI Logo Search

      Run logo searches with ease with these simple steps

      • Upload your desired design Image in either PNG or JPG format
      • Auto Detect Text: The AI automatically detects any text in your image, populating it in the auto-detected text field, where you have the option to edit or delete.
      • Image Prompt: This optional field allows you to give the system additional information you would like searched for your mark. Use this section to describe the logo you are searching, for example Stylized Puppy Face. Results for this prompt will be returned in the Prompt Tab of your results. 
      • Choose your Jurisdiction: Logo search is currently available in either United States or Canada. Use the radio buttons for your selection.

      Review Results:

      • Image Results Tab will show three tabs of results based on your uploaded image. 
        • Image Analysis: This tab considers both image and text similarity, prioritizing logos with matching visuals and text.
        • Text Analysis: This tab focuses solely on the text detected from the logo. It will be empty if no text is detected.
        • Style Analysis: This tab analyzes the style of the logo, considering aspects like font style, drawing technique, and color combinations. It's particularly effective for text-only logos or logos with distinctive color schemes. 
      • Prompt Results Tab: Shows results based on your prompt input only.  This is a separate search from your Image Results.  

      Grid Format:

      • Quickly Review your results in grid format
      • Add Records using the plus sign feature
      • Record Details : Click on a record for further information on your result, including goods/services and owner information. 

      What else to know:
      • Design marks are run as All Nice Classes searches automatically.  Search parameters added will not impact your design mark search, nor will you see any highlighted Nice Classes or highlighted keywords in your search results.
      • You will be able to use the “In Class” filter to focus in on results returned for your entered classes, as well as using the general Nice Class filter.
      • Haloo does not include a "Pass", "Pause", "Stop" informational risk ranking on design marks automatically, and will register as "No Outcome" in the Risk Rating column. Users can manually assign the risk ranking for a design mark search.
      • Returned results are currently limited to Active records only.
      • Match Type categories are not applicable to Design searches
