Understanding Haloo's litigiousness flags in search results
When reviewing your trademark search results, results may be marked with a "litigiousness flag". Litigiousness flags may indicate:
- Highly litigious owners, or companies who file a high number of oppositions (based on USPTO data)
- Large, famous brands, more likely to be litigious in oppositions
