Take screenshots of webpages and add annotations with our built-in tools, allowing you to:
- Highlight key elements: Emphasize important parts of the page.
- Add notes: Document findings directly on the screenshot.
- Flag potential conflicts: Mark anything that may be of concern.
Each screenshot includes your annotations, along with a time and date stamp, and will be included in your final report.
Where to Use Screenshot Capabilities
Screenshot tools are available in Web Common Law, Domains, and News & Media sections, giving you full flexibility to capture and highlight relevant information across your search.
How To:
View
Use the green camera next to your results to view the record of interest. A screen will appear showing you an image of this site.
Crop
Use the cropping tool to resize the focus area on the part of the webpage that is important for you to report. You can scroll within the site to find your key information and once you’re happy with your selection - click Crop.
Annotate
Annotate your screenshot using the tool bar at the top. Add arrows, boxes, highlights, text and comment boxes to call out the most important finds in your image. These annotations, along with a date/time stamp, will be included in your final report.
From here you can go Back to Crop to retake your screenshot or Save your work. Save will automatically include this record and screenshot in your report.
