WIPO is now automatically included in your Instant Comprehensive searches, along with country designations and advanced filtering.
When running an Instant Comprehensive search with Haloo, WIPO is pre-populated into the Jurisdiction field for your search.
You can remove this jurisdiction as needed.
Your search results will display marks from countries searched, whether registered nationally or via the WIPO Madrid system.
When viewing your results, access WIPO records under the WIPO tab, where country designations are displayed. Your WIPO results will be filtered to show only records with designations in your selected countries. You can click the filter option "Show all jurisdictions" to show all WIPO records found, outside of your searched countries.
